Prenatal Bonding (BA)

Prenatal Bonding (BA) is tailored to your individual needs, typically starting around the 20th week of pregnancy and ending in the 38th/39th week. Program sessions are one hour long and held once a week until week 36, followed by 9 shorter sessions over a little over two weeks.

Professional HypnoBirthing® Doula (Includes HypnoBirthing®)

As your Doula, I will provide professional and continuous virtual/in-person support for you and your partner before, during, and after labor. My Doula services include prenatal education: HypnoBirthing® and the Mongan Method (the original method), consisting of 6 face-to-face virtual/in-person live classes of 2.5 hours (15 hours total). Book before the 30th week of pregnancy
